I’ve been setting up the Recycled Art Show for a few years now (I think 4 but maybe 5?…they all blend) and this past year James Taylor ran it. He did a great job but what impressed me the most was his furniture. It’s not hidden away per se but kind of? It’s at an architectural salvage store (Ballard Reuse) so I’m not sure that a lot of people are aware of his skills. Maybe they are but they’re new to me.
If you had seen how this started out, I’m pretty sure you’d be in shock.
Fun alligator bench which actually is hidden away upstairs.
This sucker is heavy. There is something about the details.
My absolute favorite piece. I WANT THIS!!! It’s made from Sunset Bowl Bowling Alley wood.
Recycled chair
Yep, even the card holder is cool.
I picture a big family with lots of kids and a dog sitting around this picnic style table.
Toy Plane
Candle Holder
This is so unique and cute. Slate hung and used as a chalk board.
