Tiki, Tiki, Tiki & an old schoolhouse

IMG_3429I think I’m again late for the party judging how crowded the hotel grounds were. Frank & I are were walking around Bothel since I think it’s cute and Frank remembered there was a new hotel nearby built into an old gradeschool. We walked over and went to the reception desk (when walking, it’s actually hard to find) and asked about the hotel’s history. They were very nice, gave us a map and said to make sure and check out everything. Everywhere we looked (and it was huge), there were people enjoying food, drinks or a nice outdoor fire. We don’t really have a reason to stay there but dining and having fun with a group looks like a blast!

They had 4 or 5 restaurants on site, a whiskey bar, outdoor seating around firepits and a tiny hole-in-the-wall bar in the rooms area.

Turns out, they’re kind of a thing and we just didn’t know it. I really want to try the Tiki bar. Some of the restaurants have mixed reviews but the Tiki seems to hold steady.
